When will my pork be ready?
We send our hogs to the butcher every two weeks!
Do you offer home delivery?
We deliver to Sauk Centre along 94 to Wayzata and can meet along that way.
We also can deliver from Belgrade to Willmar.
How do I custom order my cuts?
Once you place your order - I will call you and we will review your selections and answer any questions you might have. We can change anything you like during that conversation!
How much freezer space will I need?
For a half hog, you’ll need about 4.5 cubic feet, which is about 2 large paper grocery bags full.
For a whole hog, you’ll need about 9 cubic feet, which is about 4 paper grocery bags full.
Are your hogs certified organic?
No, our hogs are not certified organic. Our focus is on regenerative farming, which means we prioritize practices that improve soil health, support biodiversity, and care for our animals in a way that works with nature. On our farm, that includes practices like cover crops, no-till, composting manure, rotational grazing, and raising animals in a humane, pasture-based system. While we are not pursuing organic certification, we are deeply committed to building a healthy farm ecosystem and producing high-quality pork in a responsible way.
Do your pigs receive hormones or antibiotics?
We do not use any antibiotics or growth hormones with our hogs.
How do pork box subscriptions work?
On the Small, Medium or Large pork box page, choose delivery every month or every 60 days. Your card is charged each time a box goes out, and each box is ready for pickup or delivery. You can skip, change or cancel anytime by contacting us.
